4. Please explain why your spec is the better then any potential others:My current spec is geared more towards tanking large groups of adds due to grabbing seal of command in the retribution tree while it is still very viable in single target tanking as i am still able to use seal of vengeance
5. Are there any situations in which you think you would be better off as a different spec (explain answer):In a single target tanking situation i would be better off specing more into holy to increas seal of vengeances damage for increased aggro
6. What could be improved in your gear selections and why:Changing around some pieces to bring my hit lower and increase my expertise rating
7. List your professions:No maxed proffesions at this point working on Mining and Leatherworking
8. Previous guild(s) and reason(s) for leaving:Kings Elite-Guild was no longer progressing or attempting content that I needed to improve my current gear

10. What is your raiding availability:I am able to raid at any time I am generally on most of the day and well into the night.
11. What is your raiding experience(Pre and Post BC):I have raided Pre bc into MC and BWL not to much farther then that. Post BC I raided Karazhan, Zul Aman, and The Eye attempted BT but never made it very far.

13. Who are you? (Age? Go to school? Got a job? Computer Configuration? Internet connection? Looking for relevant personal details here.)I am 18 years old Currently in High School. I have a fairly stable internet connection but i do occasionly dc(doesnt happen often maybe once or twice a week)
14. What mods do you use and why:My Current Mods list is DBM(with spell cd timers), Pally Power, Recount, Atlas Loot,and Omen.
15. Any additional information you want to share with us?There is currently no other information I would like to share with you at this time.
16. Explain how you prepare for an encounter you have no experience with If I am faced with an encounter i am not familiar with I either A) Google a mechanics explanation/strategy and read up on it. If I am still unsure exactly how it is supposed to go i will find a video on the encounter so i have at least a visual of how the fight is supposed to be done.
17. What potential new and exciting drama can you bring to our guild? Im not to sure exactly what drama i can bring to your guild except for a new tank to get used to and raid with.

*For Tanking classes*
1. Explain your max threat rotation (skills, timing, logic):Avenger's Shield-Conscecrate-Holy Shield-Hammer Of the Righteous-Shield of Righteousness I then repeat this rotation minusing out Avenger's Shield as I keep it up for initial pulls Added Note: I like to use Holy Wrath on the beginning ICC trash right after Holy Shield as it builds a decent amount of threat on all targets as well as stunning the adds and reducing damage.
2. Explain what your most important stats to gear for are and why:My most importants stats are Stam, Dodge, Parry,Block, and expertise(with my current gear set)
3. Explain what situations your tanking class is superior in compared to the other potential tanks:My Class is Superior in AOE tanking scenarios(I.E Valtheria Dreamwalker where there are multiple trash mobs needing to be tanked at once)
4. Explain the difference between effective health and avoidance, and which you think is better to gear for:Health is very important for a tank as he/she needs to be able to take multiple hits withouht losing to much hp but at the same time i definately believe avoidance is the most important. Having Tons of hp is wonderful but if you take 20-30 hits in a fight as compared to a tank with a fairly high health pool but he/she only is taking 10-20 hits per fight not only do you have good survivability you are reducing the amont of focus healers need to have on you and it gives them the oppurtunity to throw off more raid healing.
5. Give examples of alternate tanking sets you carry, and when you opt to use them:I Currently Havent found a need for having multiple tank sets.

Right off the bat i notice a few things that would make u epically fail as a main tank.

#1) Professions. As a main tank you are expected to have max professions (usually mining and jewelcrafting) in order to maximize your tanking ability.
#2) Gemming And Enchants. Dear god man do some research before you try to tank. Your red socket in your helm should be a [Shifting Dreadstone], Your chest is +200 hp it should be +275 hp (Seriously? Optimize your enchants before applying as a main tank please), Your gloves enchant should be a +18 stamina, Your weapon enchant should be blood draining (Again optimize your enchants, don't expect to be accepted when you enchant on a budget...)
#3) Your spec and glyphs. Your spec is not optimized at all for tanking. Benediction is absolutely worthless for tanking, you will never be mana deprived in a raid tanking situation. Divinity is also regarded as a rather useless talent, the only build it is accepted in is the hardmode LK encounter specific spec, which i don't think you should be worrying about right now. You haven't even picked up the two widely considered mandatory glyphs... divine plea and seal of vengeance, or any minor glyphs...

I really wish you would "Google" how to be a maintankadin. I don't mean to be a dick but as i am building my tanking set right now just to be an offtank, I did all my research, and you are applying as a main tank and you have no clue :/. Spelling and grammar would be nice too... Anyway, GL with your application, and contact sidh in game for a trial.

I was in 25 ICC tanking with him and he did well maintanking for our pug. his threat generation was good. yes there are some things you could improve on for chants/ gems but i also remember Less joining our guild with green quality gems and scrub enchants.

in the end while it is good to take someones advice, it is hard to accept someone's rant. please try to look past that.

Well Ty I never applied as a MT :/. And besides what I said could only help him be a better tank, granted I could have been less of a deuche about it.

I believe Trystain mentioned this awhile ago but you always have to hold tanks to a higher standard then the rest of the potential applicants because they're the basis of a good raid. As it stands now this is still an incomplete app. Please post a ui screenshot whenever you get the chance.
